A new build block of six self-contained apartments in Bolton, commissioned by Bolton Council with garden and parking.
Kent (A)
Commissioned by Kent County Council, Sancler House is a new build block of seven self-contained apartments for people with learning disabilities.
Kent (B)
The internal refurbishment of a property in Kent has helped to realise five self-contained flats with garden and parking for people with learning disabilities. Commissioned by Kent County Council.
Liverpool (A)
This new build property created 19 self-contained flats with staff office, communal space, lift, gardens and parking for people with learning disabilities and mental health requirements.
Liverpool (B)
Liverpool (B) is a new build designed for people with learning and physical disabilities. It has 22 self-contained flats with staff office, communal space, lift, garden and parking.
Wakefield
Commissioned by Wakefield Council, the project is a new build apartment block of six self-contained flats for people with learning disabilities.
Warwickshire
Working in conjunction with Warwickshire County Council, to deliver 10 self-contained apartments. The development also has internal and external communal space, lift and parking for residents.
York
Six self-contained flats with lift, staff office and parking. Commissioned by York County Council, the development is for people with learning disabilities.
